Supplementary material to the doctoral thesis. Data are presented indicating the name of the sample, GPS coordinates, year of collection (2020 and 2021), and depth. Benthic samples were collected from Lithuanian coastal waters along the sandy coast on the 28th of July 2020 and the 21st of April 2021. In 2020 the sampling consisted of 5 transects from Melnragė to Juodkrantė. Stations were located between 4.4 and 20.8 m depth using approximately 5 meters depth increments between two neighboring stations. Transects had 4 sampling stations, but in two transects near the Klaipėda Port, 2-3 stations were sampled. In 2021 the sampling consisted of 5 transects (5 sampling stations in each) down to 20-25 m depth along the Curonian spit from Smiltynė to Juodkrantė. Stations were located along the transect following a 5 m depth change.
