Abstract (en)
The article deals with the "Fast track" surgery. The aim of article is to analyze scientifical medical literature related "Fast track" surgery and to evaluate the practical possibility of application of such kind of surgery in our condition. Conclusions was done: the main point of "fast track" rehabilitation is to reduce to a minimum the external intervention to the body and to destroy the cascade of fear, stress, dependence, organs disfunction, immobility. Developments and improvements of multimodal interventions within the context of "fast track" surgery programs represent the major challenge for practical application in our condition.
