Assoc. prof. dr. Jurgita PAUŽUOLIENĖ She is a doctor of social sciences, Associate Professor of Management Department, at Social Science and Humanities Faculty at Klaipeda University, Lithuania. Published over 60 publications in both local and foreign scientific journal. Author of one monograph. Some works have appeared in 3 different monographs. She had presentations at international conferences more than 40 times in Lithuania and foreign countries. Participate at doctoral defense committee. Providing skills and experience on organizational culture at CDA college, Cyprus, University of Latvia, Riga also at business companies in Lithuania. She had internships in Latvia (2015), Portugal (2014), Great Britain (2018), Poland (2011, 2014). She had lectures by Erasmus programs in foreign universities. She is expert of non-formal competency evaluation, member of the Lithuanian Educational Research Association, member of European Research Group (EUROFUR), researcher in international and national projects, scientific committee and organizing committee member of international scientific conferences. Research interests: organizational culture research, communication in organizations, managerial problems in organizations, corporate social responsibility, sustainable business development.
