Extract the downloaded file:
Right-click on the file and select Extract all (see Figure 1).

Choose the location where you want to extract the files, then click Extract.

Open the extracted folder and run the installation file to start the installation process (see Figure 2).

Once the installer opens, choose the installation location or leave the default option, then click Next (see Figure 3).

Wait until the installation files are prepared, then click Close (see Figure 4).

The next installation step will open (see Figure 5). Click Next twice.

Read the presented user agreement, check I accept the master agreement, then click Next.

Choose who will use the program: all users (All users) or just you, and click Next.

Click Next, then Install to begin the installation process.

Wait a few minutes for the program to be installed and automatically opened.

Once the program opens, click Configure Licensing (see Figure 6).

- Choose the license type Single Use License and click Authorize (see Figure 7).

- Select I have received an authorization file and am now ready to finish the authorization process, click Browse, locate the extracted file, and select the PRVC file (see Figures 8 and 9).

Click Next twice.

Enter your organization, industry, and profession, then click Next.

Click Next two more times and wait for the authorization to be confirmed.

Click Finish to complete the authorization process.

ArcGIS Pro is ready to use (see Figure 10).
