Eligible Participants:

Students. Teams must include at least one master's degree student, while other members can be bachelor's students. Academic and non-academic staff may participate as team consultants.
- Researchers.
Teams must consist of members representing at least two different EU-CONEXUS universities. If you need assistance finding partners, please contact us via email: innovationcontest@eu-conexus.eu.
Participants can either present their own idea or choose to address one of the challenges provided by business enterprises.
Key Dates
PHASE ONE
- Team Formation and Registration: Until April 15, 2025.
- Workshops: April 15 – September 30, 2025. Workshops will be organized to support idea and project development and to present best examples from previous Innovation Contests.
- Idea Development: Until September 30, 2025. Teams collaborate to develop their idea and prepare their application.
PHASE TWO
- Application Period: Until October 1, 2025. Participants must submit their initial project idea.
- Workshops: May – July 2025. Workshops will be organized to refine project ideas and prepare for the final proposal.
- Final Project Proposal Submission: Until November 9, 2025.
- Online Pitch Event: Late November 2025 (tentatively November 24–28).
