Klaipeda University’s digital services are accessible using Klaipeda University unified account login credentials.

Students and employees who do not have Klaipeda University unified account login credentials can send an email from their personal inbox to pagalba@ku.lt.

• IF YOU ARE A KU STUDENT, please include your first name, last name, and study group number in the email (do not confuse this with your study program number, which you can find in your faculty's dean's office).
• IF YOU ARE A KU EMPLOYEE, please include your first name, last name, and personnel number in the email, which you can obtain from the Human Resources Department.

Once we receive your email, you will be sent the login credentials for your KU unified account and the login instructions to your personal inbox. The temporary password sent to you must be changed. Only after changing the password will the digital services provided by KU become available.

To change your password, log in to the e-services portal (https://fedi.ku.lt), click [Change Password] on the right. Enter the required fields and click [Confirm]. The green text will confirm that the operation is successful. Then click [Log out].
