Elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimai yra nemaţa problema juos turintiems vaikams bei jų tėvams. Tai apsunkina mokymąsi, bendravimą su bendraamţiais, tampa emocinių sunkumų ir nesutarimų šeimoje prieţastimi. Vienas iš ugdymo būdų, kuris taikomas visame pasaulyje yra hipoterapija, kitaip dar vadinamas ugdymu ţirgais ar ţirgų pagalba. Hipoterapija nėra plačiai ištirta. Daugiausia tyrimų atlikta medicinos strityje, o ugdomasis poveikis maţai tyrinėtas. Vaikų ugdymui gali būti naudojamas poveikis ţirgu, todėl aktualu išsiaiškinti ar hipoterapijos pagalba turės poveikį vaikams, turintiems elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimus. Yra plačiai ištirta, kad hipoterapija turi teigiamą poveikį gydymui, tačiau maţiau ištirtas poveikis elgesio ir emocijų ugdymui. Darbo objektas – elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimų turinčių vaikų ugdymas hipoterapija. Darbo tikslas: išanalizuoti ugdymo hipoterapija galimybes vaikams, turintiems elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimus. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimų turinčių vaikų ugdymo hipoterapija teorinius pagrindus. 2. Ištirti elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimų turinčių vaikų ugdymo hipoterapija galimybes. 3. Pateikti rekomendacijas. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros ir dokumentų analizė, ugdomasis projektas, interviu, turinio analizė, stebėjimas. Empiriniam tyrimui pasirinktas metodas – ugdomasis projektas. Tiriamąjį kontingentą sudarė 3 vaikai, turintys elgesio ar/ir emocijų sutrikimus, nuo 7 iki 11 metų (neturintys stuburo patologijų, kurios galėtų būti kontraindikacijos uţsiėmimams su ţirgais). Tyrimo rezultatai. Atlikto tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad vyko teigiami emocijų pokyčiai po hipoterapijos uţsiėmimų, stebėjimo metu – atsiradęs/padidėjęs susidomėjimas, vaikai buvo labiau atsipalaidavę, ramesni; po hipoterapijos uţsiėmimų, stebėjimo metu – vaikai buvo maţiau grubųs, jiems pavyko atlikti daugiau/ geriau atlikti pratimus. Interviu metu, tėvai nurodo, kad po hipoterapijos uţsiėmimų, pastebėti teigiami emocijų pokyčiai - vaikai tapo labiau atsipalaidavę, ramesni namuose, maţiau agresyvūs; reiškia daugiau teigiamų emocijų; vaikai labiau pasitiki savimi, yra drąsesni; supratingesni; po hipoterapijos uţsiėmimų, pastebėti teigiami elgesio pokyčiai - vaikai išmoksta valdyti savo elgesį; pradeda labiau susikoncentruoti į esamą aplinką; jiems tampa lengviau vykdyti uţduotis, tampa labiau motyvuoti ir susikaupę bei susidomėję; po hipoterapijos vyko teigiami pokyčiai vaikams bendraujant šeimoje, vaikai lengviau, daugiau ir atviriau bendrauja su tėvais; namuose elgiasi ramiau; tampa savarankiškesni; po hipoterapijos pastebėta didţiausia nauda yra vaikų atsipalaidavimas, ramybė; lengvesnis bendravimas, susikalbėjimas; padidėjęs švelnumas, teigiamų emocijų rodymas; padidėjusi drąsa ir mokėjimas valdyti savo elgesį.
Emotional and/or behavioral disorders are a significant problem for children who have them and their parents. This complicates learning, communication with peers, and becomes the cause of emotional difficulties and disagreements in the family. One of the methods of education that is used all over the world is hippotherapy, otherwise known as education with horses or with the help of horses. Hippotherapy has not been widely studied. Most of the research has been done in the medical field, and the educational impact has been little explored. Effects on horses can be used for children's education, so it is important to find out whether the help of hippotherapy will have an effect on children with emotional and/or behavioral disorders. Hippotherapy has been widely studied for its beneficial effects on healing, but its effects on behavioral and emotional development are less well-studied. Object of the thesis – hippotherapy education of children with emotional and/or behavioral disorders. Aim of the thesis: to analyze the possibilities of educational hippotherapy for children with emotional and/or behavioral disorders. Objectives: 1. To analyze the theoretical foundations of hippotherapy for the education of children with emotional and/or behavioral disorders. 2. Investigate the possibilities of hippotherapy for children with emotional and/or behavioral disorders. 3. Submit recommendations. Methods: Analysis of scientific literature and documents, educational project, interview, content analysis, observation. The method chosen for empirical research is an educational project. The research contingent consisted of 3 children with emotional and/or behavioral disorders, from 7 to 11 years of age (without spinal pathologies that could be contraindications for activities with horses). Results of the research. The results of the conducted research showed that there were positive emotional changes after the hippotherapy classes, during the observation - interest appeared/increased, 6 children were more relaxed, calmer; after the hippotherapy sessions, during the follow-up - the children were less rude, they were able to do more/better exercises. During the interview, the parents indicate that after the hippotherapy sessions, positive emotional changes were observed - the children became more relaxed, calmer at home, less aggressive; means more positive emotions; children are more self- confident, braver; more understanding; after hippotherapy sessions, positive changes in behavior were observed - children learn to control their behavior; begins to focus more on the current environment; it becomes easier for them to complete tasks, they become more motivated and focused and interested; after hippotherapy there were positive changes in children's communication in the family, children communicate more easily, more and openly with their parents; behaves more calmly at home; become more independent; the greatest benefit observed after hippotherapy is children's relaxation and calmness; easier communication, conversation; increased tenderness, display of positive emotions; increased courage and ability to control one's behavior.
