Akreditacija, viena iš asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybės gerinimo priemonių, užtikrina asmens sveikatos priežiūros paslaugų kokybės poreikį grindžiančių aspektų įgyvendinimą ir leidžia organizacinėmis priemonėmis didinti pageidaujamų sveikatos priežiūros rezultatų tikimybę. Disertacijos mokslinė problema formuluojama klausimais: Koks akreditacijos poveikis asmens sveikatos priežiūros organizacijų veiklos sritims? Kokių priemonių asmens sveikatos priežiūros organizacijų vadovai turėtų imtis siekdami gerinti akreditacijos procesų įgyvendinimą? Mokslinei problemai spręsti sudaryti tyrimo instrumentai, naudoti kokybinis (klausimai yra skirti interviu su akredituojamų organizacijų vadovais, siekiant įvertinti jų požiūrį į akreditacijos poveikį asmens sveikatos priežiūros organizacijos veiklos sritims) ir kiekybinis (vertinti akredituotų asmens sveikatos priežiūros organizacijų darbuotojų požiūrį į akreditacijos poveikį asmens sveikatos priežiūros organizacijos veiklos sritims) tyrimo metodai, kas leidžia atsakyti į išsikeltus probleminius klausimus. Atliktų tyrimų pagrindu nustatyta, kad akreditacija gali būti priemone gerinant organizacijos veiklos administravimą, personalo valdymą, darbuotojų saviraišką, tačiau netinkamai vykdoma gali neigiamai paveikti darbuotojų psichosocialinę darbo aplinką. Nustačius akreditacijos procese iškylančias problemas, pateikiamos rekomendacijos vadovams, kaip elgtis prieš prasidedant akreditacijai, įgyvendinant akreditaciją, įgyvendinus akreditaciją.
Accreditation, one of the means of improving the quality of personal health care services, ensures the implementation of the aspects that underpin the need for the quality of personal health care services and allows organizational measures to increase the probability of desired health care results. The scientific problem of the dissertation is formulated in the following questions: What is the impact of accreditation on the areas of activity of personal health care organizations? What measures should managers of personal healthcare organizations take to improve the implementation of accreditation processes? In order to solve the scientific problem, research instruments were created, used qualitative (the questions are intended for interviews with the managers of accredited organizations in order to evaluate their attitude towards the impact of accreditation on the areas of activity of the personal healthcare organization) and quantitative (to evaluate the attitude of employees of accredited personal healthcare organizations towards the impact of accreditation on personal healthcare for the areas of the organization's activities) research methods that allow answering the raised problematic questions. On the basis of the conducted research, it was found that accreditation can be a tool for improving the administration of the organization's activities, personnel management, and employees' self-expression, but if it is not carried out properly, it can negatively affect the psychosocial work environment of employees. After identifying the problems arising in the accreditation process, recommendations are given to the managers on how to act before the accreditation begins, during the implementation of the accreditation, after the implementation of the accreditation.
